Healing begins in spaces where you feel safe, seen, and accepted for who you are. As your therapist, I am here not to fix you, but to walk alongside you as you notice patterns, process experiences, and move toward growth with care and intention.
I believe that many of our responses once helped us survive. Together, we will explore what no longer serves you, make room for change, and honour the parts of you that carried you this far. Whether you are navigating a transition, seeking clarity, or carrying something heavy, I am here to support you every step of the way.
I have experience working with immigrants and refugees from diverse backgrounds, as well as individuals navigating a wide range of emotional, relational, and life challenges. I have completed my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and am currently awaiting formal conferral, and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). My approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and cultural sensitivity, and I strive to create a calm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts, reconnect with themselves, and move forward in a way that feels meaningful to them.
Originally from Pakistan and a mother of three, I bring both personal and professional understanding into my work, with a deep appreciation for culture, family, and the unique journeys that each individual carries. I also speak Urdu, which allows me to support clients in their preferred language when needed.
