You might be someone who is often seen as capable, responsible, or “the strong one.” Others may rely on you, or you may hold high expectations for yourself. Yet beneath the surface, you feel tired, stretched thin, or unsure how to slow down and take care of your own needs.
You may want to feel calmer, more connected, and more at ease, able to move through your days with less worry, self-doubt, or emotional weight.
Many of the individuals and families I work with are navigating identity, emotions, relationships, culture, and life transitions. This can look different at different stages of life, whether you’re a child or teen learning to make sense of big feelings, a young adult finding your footing, or an adult navigating expectations, change, or inner conflict.
You do not have to figure this out on your own.
In therapy, we’ll create a safe and supportive space to slow things down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and develop tools that feel right for you. My goal is to support you in reconnecting with yourself, strengthening your sense of confidence and clarity, and moving forward with greater ease and resilience.
Healing begins in spaces where you feel safe, seen, and accepted as you are. As your therapist, I’m here to walk alongside you, not to fix you, but to support you in making sense of your experiences and reconnecting with yourself.
